A Google Maps search for "Moulin de Bicherel" shows a point at 78690 Saint-Rémy-l'Honoré. Wikipedia suggests that this location was a mill that ceased activity in 1900, but was made into an inn that was popular "between the wars" and linked to fashion designer Paul Poiret.
